I'm high key flamed that you went to the Foreigner concert without me but esta bien. I heard about the Mayweather fight; there was no way that guy was going to beat Floyd.

The week has been good but so looooong. I just want to get out already and start preaching repentance unto my relatives of Mexico City. I got my itinerary earlier and its crazy. The APs are picking us up at 6:45 then we're going to the mission home where Hermana Naumann is making us breakfast, then well go through all our meetings, meet our comps, find out where I'm serving and then it says I'll be proselyting later that afternoon. By like 3 I'll be out here on these streets, ma. It's crazy I'm so ready... but at the same time I know I'm not ¨ ready´ at all haha.

The CCM is really pretty and the rest of the city is straight up a concrete jungle. It doesn't ever seem to stop for real. pero esta bien. And my p day is on Tuesdays in the field so I'll be able to email. And I'll actually be in the streets by then. It's a bummer, my boy Elder Smith who lives in my dorm is having problems with migraines. We know how that feels, but he slipped and fell in the shower so they think it might be a concussion.

I love you, fam.

this is my homeboy elder Rawson from Vegas

the ccm really is beautiful. its an oasis in the desert

This week was good. I'm trying to keep on progressing; Spanish is slowly coming. I got one letter from you from like the day I left, haha. This place is starting to get packed. It's super busy. There's like 750 missionaries here now. I think the east mission (where I'm going) might be absorbing another mission or expanding the area because there are like 11 American missionaries and 12 Latin missionaries reporting on the same day, and from what I understand that's pretty much unheard of so I think my mission will be growing.

It rained a few times this week. When it rains here it doesn't mess around,  it rains straight water darts from the sky. We had TRC last week, it's when they bring in people from outside the gates we can talk to. It was really cool but also very humbling as well. Its crazy, I only have one more P day in this joint, then I'm breaking out. There's nothing really new happening here though. Much love you you all.

P.S. To answer more questions, my companion is Elder Travis from Orem. Living in the MTC is a lot like the living at NMMI - just two beds, a small desk, and a closet for each of you. And there are two showers two sinks and two toilets in each apartment.

P.S.S. Yes I'm still glad I came. I get confirmation daily.

this is my latin companion, elder ramierez. yeah i know... i'm huge

i noticed court had a picture on this wall so i tried to get one with my boy elder astle after we worked out but a little mexican security guard guy started freaking out at us when we got up there so this is the after math of me jumping down (i'm super sweaty i know)

"Hey mama, I wanna scream so loud for you.. cuz I'm so proud of you so let me tell you what I'm about to do. I know I act a fool but I promise you I'm going back to school. I just want you to be proud of me" - Yeezy. Happy late birthday, Mom! I love you oh so much.

To answer your questions, No I didn't get a mail letter this week. And yes we packed plenty. My clothes are good, I just don't like how the long sleeve shirts fit but es ok. The language is weird. I can teach a 20 minute lesson on any of the lessons pretty fluently but when it comes to conversational stuff I am bad. We don't learn any of that stuff just the gospel. And yes, I'm teachers pet. I am very loved.

I forgot to tell you that the first Sunday I had to give a 5 minute talk in Spanish so that was terrible because it was only like my fourth day. And yesterday we did a companion exchange so I was with a Latino in the evening and we taught together. I was so hard to understand what he was saying and to keep up with the lesson.

We went to the temple today... again... I love it but the bus ride is terrible and it takes up the whole p day so we really haven't had a p day since we've been here because the first one we went to the temple, the second one we had to go into downtown for our visas and this week we went to the temple again, so really next week will be our first real p day.I depart on the fourth so a couple more weeks. The city reminded me of like a New York or LA feel except everything was in Spanish and there were taco stands at every corner.

Love,

Elder Adams

Everyone is American. Elder Allen went to Syracuse High. I got all the packages. Thank you all a ton, especially Laurie. The language is bad but keeps progressing and yes I looked at the photo album. Tell Luke to get his black butt to email me. Michael Buchy wants to get forwarded my emails if you'd do that.

That's crazy everyone is getting married. The reason we had p day today was because we drove into the city to the immigration office to get a residential visa which was crazy. It's crazy lit outchea ma. Every day is the same so there's not much to talk about but Brother Brimley's (in our stake) nephew is in my district and going to the same mission. Don't worry about me, I'm fine. Plus my boy Elder Pupunu is here. He's Kelsin's cousin. He's a baller and is committed to play football at Washington State when he gets back. Love you, stay golden.

Yo yo. It's cool here. The food is trash, though. Mi tummy es sicko. My companion is tough. He just is always singing or humming and whistling and he tries to make up stories that he would have no need to make up, and the thing that really puts me over the edge is in our first three lessons the dude didn't say a single word; it's muy frustrado. But I got a dope roommate, Elder Allen. I put his picture in here with the boots, ha! His companion brought legit rubber rain boots. Un chisto si? haha. Most of my district is pretty cool so that's good. The language is definitely the most frustrating part but I'm slowly getting a hold of it. I haven't gotten any notes or packages yet. We went the the temple today. It was cool, especially because it's in my mission so I got to see a little bit of it.

It's crazy out here.  I live in a dorm not a house so our window faces right next to the wall. We're on the top floor; I'll put in a picture of our view. It gets sooooo loud at night its hard to fall asleep, but they played despacito on the steel island drums so that was dope. I have a few elders here I've really bonded with that are similar to me in personality so that's good. And my miestra, Hermana Ramierez, loves me. I'm 100 percent her favorite elder. We all think she has a low key crush on me. haha. She's only 23 and super pretty so maybe we can work something out. hahahaha, jk. un chisto. Love you!

Elder Adams signing out. You stay classy.

P.S. Elder Allen is fam, he's the one in the rain boots and the kid I'm at the temple with is my comp.

Yo yo! Ya boi landed safely to Mexico. It's crazy hectic, it's like LA but more lit. My p day is Wednesdays. Love you!
