10/30/2018 - The boys are back in town

isss ya boiiiii!!!! whats up fam? so we had changes again yesterday....

and my new comp is my boi Elder Dahle! We out here in La zona Oeste, Barrio Estrella. We both are getting to the area brand spanking new. And the Elders here before us did not leave a lot of work to do. so we will be walkin.... good thing we got them slave feet on the mission. We are going to start to get the area rolling.

We were both originally assigned to train, so we saw each other at the trainers meeting and we were super happy to see each other because he was my zone leader a while ago in Norte. But after the 2 hour meeting and the photo of the new trainers president called us aside and interviewed us one by one, saying he had received powerful revelation that we were no longer supposed to train but that we were supposed to be zone leaders. It was an interesting experience and cool to see the man who possesses the keys over the mission receive revelation and act upon it. It was just another testimony to me of modern day revelation and the keys of the priesthood.

We are brand new in the area and do not know a single thing so we will be running around like tony perkis junior, talking to as many people as possible and two stepping some catholic Guadalupe outchea.

Bad news.... Your baby boy is dying out here from canker sores. They be killin a brother. I bit my lip the other day and I guess it just got infected. Now I got a fat lip and cant eat chili picante so basically i'm a dead man walking out here in mexico.

The new house we are in has some short doorways. I'm 6 foot 3 and elder dahle is 6 foot 6.  We have been in the house for 24 hours and have a combined total of 7 confirmed dome hits on these door frames outchea. It is probably the nicest and biggest house in the mission but oh my the place is built for Mexicans. This is also Elder Dahle's last transfer in the mission so that's a little sad but it will be fun.

Pray for us and know that I am praying for and love you!

2 We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers;

3 Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father;

4 Knowing, brethren beloved, your election of God.
